Since our founding in 2013, we’ve grown into a vibrant community that supports clients of all backgrounds—from first-timers to experienced instructors.
Our reputation extends beyond Los Angeles, with Pilates teachers and enthusiasts traveling from South Korea, Brazil, and across Europe to learn and train in person or virtually in our studio. We’re proud to be internationally recognized for our dedication to the classical method and personalized instruction.
Rooted in the original work of Joseph Pilates, Classical Pilates, also known as Contrology, is a systematic approach to movement, not just a series of exercises. It’s designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, and alignment through carefully sequenced exercises on specialized equipment.
